Nexus' Executive Management Team represents a cross-section of managed care executives, with decades of experience in specialty health management. The mission
of Nexus' Executive Management Team is
to serve as a catalyst for consensus between payers, providers and patients regarding their approach to musculoskeletal care. Nexus manages care at the intersection of these parties, to achieve agreement about the evidence-based medical management
of musculoskeletal conditions.

• Highly evidence based, specialized and detailed medical necessity criteria, that reflect an intersection of agreement across the nation’s leading musculoskeletal health management authorities and organizations (e.g., ODG, ACOEM, ASIPP, CMS, etc.), and provider organizations, and which help avoid the authorization of unnecessary and/or unsafe musculoskeletal procedures.
   
• A large, multi-disciplinary team of highly seasoned, actively licensed and practicing Peer Review Physicians who specialization in the review of complex musculoskeletal conditions.
   
• Peer Review Physicians who can speak directly with the treating physician when requested - creating an environment of trust and credibility for your physician network that reinforces appropriate requests for authorization and reduces the need for denials.
